I know there is a SweetFX mod out there called X-Rebirth Re-Imagined 2.0 and its absolutely amazing but I was also wondering if there were any other SweetFX mods that anyone has made I would love to try a few different ones or even perhaps making my own I just dont know how to do it and was a little confused after doing some google searches.

You must have SweetFX already installed in the game directory via the X:R Re-imagined mod. Note - not in the extensions folder, in the main game folder replacing the existing settings file.
